Broker Associate
Dream Town Realty

Lisa Sanders wears multiple hats as a leading Realtor in the Chicagoland market. A standout professional ranked among the Chicago Association of Realtors’ top 1 percent of agents, she helps clients buy and sell homes and offers the kind of guidance and counsel they need to navigate their transactions. “I’m a great listener,” she says, “and my clients know I care. It isn’t about this one sale – it’s about keeping my clients for life. Many times I’m the one they turn to when it comes to both professional and personal issues.”

Sanders has been recognized as one of the city’s finest Realtors by CAR, which distinguished her as a silver- level agent for annual sales volume and honored her with bronze-level standing for annual units sold. Sanders is a five-time Five Star Professional award recipient.

Although she works throughout the city, Sanders is a leading Realtor in Norwood Park and Jefferson Park. Before real estate, she worked in sales and coached at the high school level; then, a friend asked her to earn her license to sell his condominiums and developments. Taking him up on his offer, she soon realized she had discovered her passion. Today, Sanders works with a variety of clients, including buyers, sellers, developers, and investors. Price and presentation are her expertise, she says. “It’s essential to accurately price a home and present it at its best,” she explains. “My experience working with buyers allows me to see things through their eyes. I pass that knowledge on to my sellers, so they can be successful in getting the greatest return on their investment in as short a time as possible.” This strategy has earned Sanders an average 99.6 percent list-to- sale price, and record sale prices for the homes she lists.

In addition to her honesty and candor, Sanders is known for working as expeditiously as she can for clients. “My goal is to complete all tasks quickly, yet thoroughly, so my clients achieve either top dollar or a fair purchase,” she says. She laughs when describing herself as a “one-stop shop” when it comes to handling any and every challenge her clients might face, saying she is always happy to help because she considers them family. She also enjoys supporting her colleagues, so Dream Town can sustain its success.

Sanders previously served on CAR’s ethics board, and continues to volunteer with area schools and the New Hope Community Food Pantry. She counts herself lucky to do what she does in her profession and in life. “I absolutely love my career, and I know how very lucky I am to have found my calling.”
