Award-winning residential agent Aaron Share brings a recognized expertise to his real estate practice. “My father was in sales, and my mother was an elementary school teacher,” Share says. Through the amalgam of his parents’ talents, which he says taught him how to communicate and educate, Share found the real estate profession well suited for him. His career started in college, when he worked as a leasing agent. It was a way, Share says, to support his academic pursuits. It quickly became something more. “Real estate was a natural fit for me,” he says. In 2000, Share joined forces with long-time Chicago real estate veteran Jennifer Mills Klatt.

For 15 years, Share has worked in the Chicagoland market, learning neighborhoods and trends and closing sales on every property type in every situation, from single-family investment properties to new construction developments. As senior broker for the Home Discovery Team, Share has been a top 1 percent producer since 2008, and his approach reflects the skillset he offers. “I connect people with what they want,” Share says. “I’m a closer, but I take an engaging educational approach, and when I need to be, I am very patient.” He also emphasizes outstanding presentation in his business, which he says helps satisfy the one concern all sellers have: selling their home quickly. “I always make sure a property looks and shows perfectly,” he says. “I stage, require the highest quality photos, and purposefully choose when the property should hit the market to maximize interest and activity.”

And it has paid off. In 2015, Share’s team had a record- breaking year, selling more than $114 million in volume and earning CAR’s Platinum Award.

Share’s dedication to his buyers and sellers is something he’s proud to talk about. “I’m a true advocate for my clients. I represent their best interests with the utmost integrity,” he says, adding that his service extends beyond the individual sale. “It’s not just about one deal; it’s about making each client happy and creating a lifelong, trusting relationship.”

Share resides in Glenview with his wife and children. He has quickly become a top producer in the area in addition to Chicago. That success has inspired him to continue striving for growth.
