Of Chicagoland’s many neighborhoods, which ones saw the most home sales in August?
Last week, we reported on the top-selling suburbs in the Chicagoland area in August, and courtesy once again of data from Redfin, we’re back with the top-selling neighborhoods in the city of Chicago.
Check out our graphs below and see what neighborhoods have increased or decreased in sales since last month (South Loop, for example, seems to be losing its sales pace), which are broken down by total home sales, detached home sales and attached home sales (which includes townhouses and condos):
