What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?
I’ve done a little bit of everything — retail, property management, corporate sales — you name it. But honestly, the most interesting was when I drove for Lyft for a short while. Every single day was different. I never knew who would hop in the car or what kind of story they’d have. Some of the conversations were hilarious, some were deep, and a few were just plain wild.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

Chicago’s best secret is its duality — it’s bold and busy, yet still has pockets of calm that make you fall in love with it all over again.
What do you love most about the industry?
What I love most is how every day brings something different. You meet new people, hear their stories and play a part in one of the biggest moments of their lives. It’s not always easy — there are long days and unexpected challenges — but that moment when a client gets their keys or calls you just to say thank you… that’s the part that keeps me going.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I distinguish myself through polish, presence and personalization. I treat every client like they’re my only one and every deal like it’s my brand on the line — because it is. My approach blends luxury-level service with real, human connection, and that combination always leaves a lasting impression.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
I’d say the ups and downs of the emotions of clients and learning how to really manage your money.

That’s really a hard one. I can never go wrong with with an Italian beef and Chicago-style pizza and wings with mild sauce.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Chicago?
I’d say the Aqua Tower. There’s something about the movement in its design — the curves, the depth, the way it plays with light — that just feels alive. It’s modern without being cold, and it stands out without trying too hard. Every time I see it, I’m reminded that real style is about balance — presence without arrogance.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
Back when I was driving for Lyft, I picked up a passenger who asked if I could stop at a drive-thru so they could grab food. I agreed — but they ordered for both of us. Next thing I know, we’re sharing fries and talking about life like old friends. Definitely one of my more unexpected five-star rides.

People are surprised to learn I used to struggle with confidence — now it’s one of my biggest strengths, personally and professionally.
What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
I would have to say my favorite vacation spot is Miami, not because its the most unique place I’ve been, but because it is my old faithful and always shows me a good time.
