What do you love most about the industry?
I think the thing I love most about the real estate industry is meeting new people and building genuine connections along the way. Helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process is incredibly rewarding, especially when I can make it feel smooth and stress-free for my clients. Being a part of such an important milestone in someone’s life is why I am so passionate about this profession.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I am more than a transaction-focused agent. I am proud to say I bring a builder’s eye and a designer’s vision to every deal. My experience in flipping homes, remodeling and providing clients with design advice allows me to see a home’s true potential, which, in turn, helps sellers maximize value, and it helps buyers confidently envision what a space can become. This combination of creative insight, construction knowledge and hands-on real estate expertise sets me apart as a trusted advisor who adds value at every stage of the buying or selling process.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
I think the most difficult aspect of my job as a real estate agent is how the market can shift quickly with changing conditions. Staying adaptable, informed and completely focused on my clients allows me to navigate these ups and downs and guide my buyers and sellers confidently.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
I think connecting with my buyers and sellers, building trust and forming authentic relationships naturally generates new leads. I also think supporting events within my community allows for new leads, as well.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
There’s been a few, but one specific house I took buyers to had the outline of a human body and a cat on the floor as we entered. Pair that with no electricity and a smell like no other, it is safe to say we were in and out with no sale.
