Longtime broker-owner Ivonne Payes recently launched Payes Real Estate Group, a new boutique firm in Deer Park. It’s focused on family clients and maintaining high-level customer service.

Founder Payes has been a broker-owner for seven years. In this new venture, she also serves as designated managing broker.

“I wanted to build a real estate firm that lines up with my values and vision,” she said in a press release. “As I step into this new platform, I am very excited to see the growth that my agents and firm will reach. God first, and everything else will follow.”

Additionally, Payes Real Estate Group is a family affair. Payes’ brother Joshua Payes is a team lead. Together, they are excited to continue growing throughout the Lake County market and Chicagoland area.
