Joe Gerber, a top-producing agent formerly with Engel & Völkers, has joined Coldwell Banker Realty. He comes with his team, The Gerber Group, which includes three other professionals.

Since launching his own real estate practice in 2018, Gerber has closed over 210 transactions throughout many Chicago neighborhoods and suburban communities. His business has grown by an average of 265% each year. He founded The Gerber Group in 2020.

Outside of work, Gerber serves on the board of directors for the North Shore-Barrington Association of REALTORS® and is involved with various other community organizations.
