The Nicole Milford Real Estate Group and Katherine Bultema Real Estate Group have joined Compass Indiana. As two top-producing Indiana teams, they will help expand Compass’ growing presence throughout the state. Additionally, both teams are licensed to work in Illinois.

The Nicole Milford Real Estate Group was founded by Nicole Milford in 2021. That same year, she ranked No. 7 in the state of Indiana for volume and No. 10 in the state for total transactions. Prior to that, Milford earned numerous distinctions working as an agent at Keller Williams. Her team includes Allison Urycki, a buyers’ specialist, and Mindy Amick, an executive assistant.

Reflecting on the move to Compass in a press release, Milford said, “I am excited for the opportunity to become a founding partner for Compass in northwest Indiana with an exceptional group of high-integrity agents.”

The Katherine Bultema Real Estate Group was founded by Katherine Bultema in 2018. Like Milford, she spent time as a successful agent at Keller Williams. And since starting her own team, she was named by RealTrends as among the nation’s top 1.5% of agents. The rest of her group includes agents Tom Zandstra and Christina Eenigenburg and Group Administrator Carol Cioffi.

“Early in 2022, I realized that I had the ability to help not only my clients but other agents in this business, which created a desire for more from the company I was associating myself with,” Bultema said in the press release, adding that she is now ready to share the Compass resources with her group. “Having the ability to bring Compass to northwest Indiana is an honor and something that I am extremely thrilled to be a part of,” she said.
