Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced that Robert Lindemann has been named the new managing broker of the company’s St. Charles office. Lindemann will oversee the day-to-day business operations of the office and provide leadership guidance to its affiliated agents.
A former Rookie of the Year winner for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Lindemann has 16 years of industry experience, including over a decade in leadership roles. His most recent post was as managing broker of the company’s The Groves office.
Lindemann has previously been honored as a member of the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, which makes up the top 11 percent of agents within the company.
“Robert is a true leader with the real estate management and sales experience necessary to take the St. Charles office to the next level,” said Fran Broude, president and COO of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “We wish Robert the best of luck in his new position.”

An active member of his community, Lindemann supports fundraising efforts for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, a not-for-profit organization which focuses on childhood cancer research. In 2016, he received a Community Service Award from the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors.
