Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced that Hunter Andre has been named the sales specialist at its Lakeview and Halsted offices.

In his new position, Andre will support manager Bernadette Kettwig in recruiting and sales development across the offices. With a decade of sales experience under his belt, he will also continue to serve as a top agent with the Lakeview office.

Andre is considered an elite producer in the industry, specializing in sales of luxury condominiums, distinguished single-family homes, high-end new construction — as well as investment properties in key areas around the city. He was honored by the Chicago Association of Realtors for earning a spot among the top 5 percent of residential agents each year from 2012 to 2017, along with being named to the prestigious International President’s Circle.
