Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced the opening of its new flagship Lincoln Park office located at 1910 N. Clybourn Avenue. More than 200 affiliated agents based out of the company’s former Lincoln Park office at 1840 N. Clark Street will now conduct business at this location.

“We are extremely pleased with this move,” said Joe Siciliano, managing broker of Coldwell Banker’s Lincoln Park office. “It was important for us to create a more efficient environment that better meets the needs of our agents. We look forward to capitalizing on our new, exceptional work space to better serve the clients in our community.”

The office boasts nearly 11,000 square feet of open space, natural light, polished concrete floors and 11-foot ceilings. Its design includes an open layout, conference rooms, private offices and advanced presentation technology tools. A 47-space parking lot offers complimentary parking to agents and clients.

“Coldwell Banker strives to raise the bar in innovation, and resources made available to its affiliated agents. This new office sets the tone for the future of real estate,” said David Wolf, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Development Marketing Division and senior vice president of Chicago operations. “The space is the first of its kind for our company and will ultimately serve as a benchmark for future city offices across Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.”

So proud of our new space. The agents here are loving it. We are collaborating more than ever and love the centralized location. The sound-abatement technology we added makes the lofty space very comfortable for all. Also, it will be easy for all agents we cooperate with to drop off earnest money by parking in our lot!
