Halloween is less than two weeks away, and if you’re looking for a way to impress your clients as the holiday approaches, be the agent who knows the city’s best trick or treat spots, as determined by Zillow – at the very least, their kids will appreciate it.

Ranking the top 20 best cities for trick or treating, as well as the best neighborhoods for the Halloween tradition within those cities, Zillow reviewed home values, how close homes are to each other, crime rates and the share of population under 10 years old. Chicago was the No. 18 city on Zillow’s list, and West DePaul was the No. 1 neighborhood in Chicago.
