Peter Nicholas Introduces Case Study Houses 2111 to Highland Park

Peter Nicholas, founder of Nicholas Design Collaborative Ltd., has announced plans to introduce Case Study Houses 2111 to downtown Highland Park.

The Case Study Houses 2111 includes four modern residences located at 2107-2013 Saint Johns Avenue.

Diane M. Karpman of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group spoke about her experience as the sales representative for Case Study Houses 2111.

“This is a completely different luxurious type of living,” she said, “and I am elated to represent such a prestigious and artful community.”

The homes will consist of more than 3,400 square feet of indoor living space and more than 1,200 square feet of outdoor space. Buyers are given two floor plan options: one with three bedrooms and one with four bedrooms. The three bedroom with four and half bath homes are priced for $1.65 million. Meanwhile, the four bedroom with five and half bath homes are listed for $1.75 million.

Occupancy for Case Study Houses 2111 is anticipated in late summer 2017.
