@properties, the largest independent real estate brokerage firm in Illinois, has been named to Crain’s Chicago Business annual Fast Fifty list of the fastest-growing companies in Chicago for the fourth time.

@properties made the 2015 list at No. 43, based on five-year revenue growth of 267 percent. The firm had the 14th highest revenue among the Fast Fifty companies and was the only for-sale residential real estate brokerage firm to make the list. @properties first appeared on Crain’s Fast Fifty list in 2007, ranking as high as fifth.

“Being in the Crain’s Fast Fifty several times over the course of nearly a decade proves that we’ve gone about building this company the right way,” said @property co-founder Thaddeus Wong.

Founded in 2000, @properties has grown from a four-person boutique firm to one of the top 12 residential brokers in the U.S. by sales volume. The firm now has 19 office locations and more than 1,800 licensed brokers in Chicago, surrounding suburbs, Southwest Michigan and, opening this spring, Lake Geneva, Wisc.
