Jeanine McShea has joined Related Realty as a vice president-managing broker.
Related Realty announced that real estate veteran Jeanine McShea has joined the firm as vice president-managing broker.
McShea comes to Related Realty with over 25 years of experience holding top leadership roles at some of the largest residential brokerage firms in Chicago. In her newly created position at Related, she will be involved in multiple projects related to the company’s expansion goals, including business development, streamlining operations and implementation of training and development programs. McShea will also fulfill Related’s day-to-day managing broker duties.

In addition to her management responsibilities, McShea will play a key role in recruitment, retention and training initiatives, drawing on her background heading up growth and leadership programs at other top brokerages.

McShea was a top-producing broker before she began her management career with Sudler/Beliard Gordon and Partners in 1998. She joined @properties in 2003, taking the company from 150 agents to more than 1,000 by the time she left the company in 2011. She then served as executive vice president and Gold Coast sales office branch manager at Koenig & Strey Real Living. Before joining Related, McShea was vice president of sales at Baird & Warner, where she also oversaw the Baird & Warner Leadership Institute.
McShea also serves as a guest instructor for the real estate master’s degree program at Roosevelt University. She is also an active member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, currently serving on the organization’s Educational Advisory Board, Professional Standards Committee and Contracts & Forms Committee, and previously serving on the association’s Board of Directors and as chair of the Grievance Committee.
McShea lives in Chicago with her husband and holds a bachelor’s degree from Winona State University. She was honored with the “Distinguished Alumni of the Year” award in 2008.
