Tripti Kasal

Bringing more than 20 years of Chicagoland real estate experience, real estate veteran Tripti Kasal has been named director of sales development at Baird & Warner. Kasal will now focus on training and mentoring broker associates, and also lead the company’s Career Institute training classes.

“Throughout her career, Tripti has been involved in just about every aspect of the residential real estate industry,” said Laura Ellis, the senior vice president and general sales manager of Baird & Warner. “She is an incredible asset to have on our team, and I know that she will help all of us reach a new level of success.”

Prior to joining Baird & Warner, Kasal was the executive vice president of brokerage operations at Jameson Real Estate, where she managed three offices with more than 300 brokers and 25 in support staff. In 2005, she found Real Living Infinity/Helios, a company that grew to 75 agents in five years and later was sold in 2010 to Jameson Real Estate.
