2026 Who's Who in Chicagoland Real Estate

Keisha Williams, Broker

Fulton Grace Realty

Keisha Williams decided to leave a long career in mortgage lending to become a real estate agent. Over 17 years later, it remains the right choice. “My clients love how hands-on I am,” says Williams, a broker with Fulton Grace Realty who assists clients throughout Chicagoland. “I’m literally walking them through each step of the process and ensuring that the communication and accessibility are there.”

Williams combines streamlined systems with up-to-date market knowledge to keep clients informed and confident. She values relationships just as much. “I love processes, but I also want my clients to enjoy the journey,” she shares. She decorates a space in clients’ new homes as a closing gift and arranges car service for out-of-town buyers, creating meaningful connections during showings.

Because she’s been fortunate enough to live in several areas of the city and suburbs, Williams has an insider’s view of what makes those communities nice places to live. She especially loves to see neighborhoods that transition and grow, such as the South Loop and West Town.

Recently adding her real estate instructor’s license to her long list of certifications and designations, she also received the 2025 Rising Star award from the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. But her proudest achievement is adding “author” to her list of titles. She published her first e-book, “Keisha’s Keys: Licensed, Now What? A New Agent’s Field Guide to Building Confidence and Closing Deals,” a playbook she wishes she had as a new agent.

Williams is the immediate past president of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Chicago. Last year, she used her platform to spotlight women’s health and wellness. As a caregiver to her mom and adult son, she understands the importance of taking care of your mental and physical health and is a big advocate for self-care.
