Fifteen-year veteran in non-profit management, Lana Vukovljak, has recently been appointed as the new chief executive officer of The Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors®.

Her objective as CEO is to generate an organization that reflects modern trends, is relevant to its members, and most importantly, distinct from other residential real estate groups.

Vukovljak commented, “I envision CRS to be positioned to offer new and exciting educational opportunities that will attract Realtors to seek the CRS Designation and will help CRS Designees improve their current skills and knowledge.”

Her vast experience and knowledge has lead her to understand that anything is possible if you create a direction and rely on your team’s talent and skills to fulfill and execute the process.

Vukovljak earned a Backelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature and a Master of Science in Language and Adult Education from the University of Belgrade in Serbia, and a Master of Science in Technical Communication and Information Design from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
