A team of experienced metro Chicago real estate professionals are bringing the RE/MAX brand to the Chicago suburb of Round Lake, IL. Early next year, Luigi Corral and Gary Aver, Broker/Owners of RE/MAX United in Wheeling, will open a second office of their RE/MAX United brokerage at 1616 N. Cedar Lake Road in Round Lake Beach.

Why Choose Round Lake?

“We think that this is an ideal time to open a second office and that the Round Lake area is the perfect community for us to serve,” Corral said. “Home sales are on the rise, mortgage interest rates are at record lows, plus inventory is depleting fast–this is a great time to buy and list a home.”

The new office is scheduled to open on March 1, 2013, and construction crews are currently renovating the building in preparation for it. The 2,500 square-foot office is expected to serve between 10 to 15 RE/MAX Sales Associates.

Aver has more than 20 years of real estate experience and is fluent in Bulgarian, Polish, Russian and Ukranian. Corral is President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and was recently named in the Top 250 Latino Agents in the United States by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. He speaks Spanish and Portuguese.

Their experience makes them equipped to serve the ethnically diverse community of Round Lake, whose Latino population is estimated to be between 30 and 35 percent. They are both very excited to be expanding their presence in the Round Lake area.

“When you help someone find a home, it is more joy than work,” Corral said. “Helping people fulfill their dreams is incredibly satisfying.”
