Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty is continuing to beef up its ranks with the recent additions of seven agents from @properties, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, Compass and the Downtown Apartment Company.
Spencer Terry is returning to JSIR from Compass with his newly formed real estate team, Echelon Partners, which he founded with Landon Heck. The five-member group, which also includes Eric Unger, formerly of @properties; Aimée Rocush, from Downtown Apartment; and Hamah Hinnawi, who’s new to real estate, will work out of JSIR’s Chicago City Hub office. Together, Terry and Heck have a combined 17 years of experience and have closed over $100 million in total sales volume in the Chicago metro.

Also joining the City Hub location is Rory Mone, who most recently worked at BHHS. Mone is an experienced agent with over 25 years in the real estate.

Amanda Zick, formerly of @properties, will join the brokerage’s new Winnetka location when it opens. Before entering real estate, Zick worked in education, earning master’s degrees from the University of Chicago and Northwestern University and taught at New Trier High School.
