Former Cubs second baseman Ryne Sandberg is selling his luxury co-op home in Streeterville. The home is listed at $650,000, which make $260 per square foot for the 2,500-square-foot unit.
The three-bedroom three-full-bathroom home, which is located at 237 East Delaware Place, is near Michigan Avenue in the Streeterville neighborhood, and has hardwood floors throughout, a wood-burning fireplace, a separate dining room and a laundry room.
Sandberg, who is now a minor-league manager with the Philadelphia Phillies, bought the home back in 1998 right after he retired from playing for the Cubs, and has spent a lot of time and money upgrading the property.
$2,228 is the monthly association fees for the property and the 2010 property taxes was $8,655.60.
