After working in commercial real estate during the ‘90s while living in Beijing, Xun Del Sesto has been giving residential real estate a try for the past nine years. “My goal is not limited to helping neighbors buy, sell and invest in real estate,” she says. “I also promote Chicago real estate in the world marketplace to elevate our status as a global city.”

Recently joining Baird & Warner as a global real estate advisor, Del Sesto specializes in luxury real estate in Lincoln Park, Gold Coast, West Town, Loop, Lakeview, River North and Hyde Park. A resident of Old Town triangle, she learned about the local industry through a fellow parent while volunteering at her children’ s school. Bilingual and multi-cultural, she has a background in business development and management consulting, which helps her tailor customized strategies for her clients. Known for her consultative style with a personal touch, she is a hands-on and thorough advisor. “My clients chose me because of my integrity, transparency and efficiency,” she explains. “I am always proactive and go above and beyond to help my clients achieve their goals.”

Recipient of the Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty Founder’s Award in 2019, Del Sesto is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, where she served on the Chicago Real Estate Global Council and the 77 Committee. With children who attended Lincoln Elementary School and Lincoln Park High School, she served on the school council for two terms and was on the Friends of Lincoln fundraising committee, chairing their annual gala.

An active community organizer, Del Sesto travels intensively to connect with colleagues at home and abroad. She has personally established a vetted network of top agents across the country and throughout the nation.
