The vice president of Lending with Guaranteed Rate Affinity, Robinson offers a wide range of loan products, including FHA, VA, conventional, jumbo and homestyle loans, as well as renovation financing. She is also highly experienced in down payment assistance programs to ensure clients have access to every available resource. “As both a homeowner and real estate investor, I am able to bring a practical, first-hand perspective that resonates with clients at every stage of the homebuying journey,” she explains.
Recipient of the 2025 Chicago Defender Women of Excellence Award, Robinson is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority and an active voice in initiatives promoting economic empowerment and education. In 2015, she stepped into her leadership role with a clear mission: to expand access to homeownership and close the knowledge gap in underserved communities. She is the founder of the Building Dreams Foundation, which is dedicated to empowering individuals and families through education, resources and pathways to sustainable homeownership. A Chicago native, she received her finance degree from Chicago State University and her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. She is also an alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.
