This dynamic, Lake Geneva-based team is led by Martha Cucco, a broker with more than 35 years of experience in residential real estate. Cucco entered the business driven by a genuine enjoyment of working with people and guiding them through major life transitions. Having lived and worked extensively in the communities she serves, she brings firsthand insight into neighborhood dynamics, pricing trends and buyer behavior across southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Her strengths are communication, organizational skills and customer-service skills, which continue to play a part in how she leads.
Cucco’s collaborative team includes Christopher Mulka, a broker licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin, who brings extensive experience in Chicago and its surrounding suburbs, as well as interstate relocation. Dena Prestininzi, a Wisconsin-licensed salesperson and former California agent, comes from an entrepreneurial background. Terry Maus, a retired school principal and Wisconsin-licensed salesperson, is known for her strong negotiation skills and effective work with families. Together, the four team members serve buyers and sellers from Milwaukee to Chicago, specializing in lake homes, country properties, city residences, condos and townhomes, with a business built largely on referrals and repeat clients.
A member of the National Association of Realtors and multiple local Realtor associations, Cucco has received multiple sales awards from her brokerage over the years. Her professional alignments and recognition reflect consistent performance across changing market conditions.
Outside of real estate, the team values community involvement and giving back, with a particular focus on supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Building long-term relationships and remaining a trusted resource for clients and the community are central to the team’s philosophy.
