A lifelong resident of Walworth County, Cobian earned her real estate license in 1999 after working at the Walworth County Courthouse for 16 years. “I instantly connected with the feeling that I was truly helping people through a major life transition,” she shares.
Cobian and Co. had its most successful year to date in 2025, helping over 70 families reach their real estate goals and becoming the No. 1 team in production at Compass in Lake Geneva. Since 2021, the team has been recognized in several categories by The Best of Geneva Lakes, with Cobian receiving the 2025 Favorite Real Estate Agent honor.
Cobian’s client-centered team includes Jakob Cobian, director of operations and sales associate, who specializes in investors and first-time homebuyers.
