After transitioning from the creative world to finance, Ana Munoz found her calling when she realized that lending can profoundly change a person’s life. She began her career as a teller at a local credit union, where she was inspired by the way financial representatives guided clients through milestone moments. That early exposure led her to mortgage lending in 2019, where she discovered that helping clients achieve homeownership provided her with a strong sense of purpose.
Munoz offers an educational, system-focused approach that empowers clients with knowledge and clarity. She believes success stems from steady refinement — understanding what works, improving small daily actions and maintaining a positive mindset. Clients describe her as patient, approachable and committed to meeting them where they are. Moreover, her dedication has earned her national visibility. In October 2025, she published two Spanish-language articles, and JPMorganChase selected her FHA reel for national promotion.
As a senior home lending advisor with Chase Private Client, Munoz supports a wide range of clients — particularly first-time buyers. An active member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, she serves as director-at-large and as a marketing and communications lead for the Adelante Business Resource Group. Her creative background in graphic design and photography continues to influence her work, especially in an era shaped by digital storytelling.
At home, Munoz takes pride in her children’s accomplishments, from her oldest daughter becoming the district’s fastest sixth-grade runner to her middle daughter using bilingual outreach to exceed her Girl Scout cookie goals. Earlier this year, her son achieved his goal of having a “big” brain when his first-grade teacher praised his passion for math. Such achievements remind Munoz why perseverance and courage matter in lending and in life.
