A bad homebuying experience that left Denise Jareczek and her husband regretting their purchase led her to a career in real estate.
“I knew that I could do this and help people not have the same experience I had,” explains Jareczek, a top-producing broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Her tagline, “Making Connections to Move You,” represents how she approaches her business and relationships with clients.
After getting her foot in the door at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices early in her career, Jareczek was exposed to some of the best agents and mentors in the industry, which helped turn her dream into a realistic career path. Before becoming a Realtor, she worked on the operational side of the industry, including contract processing and marketing. This experience gave her a strong understanding of the details, timelines and communication required to keep a deal moving smoothly from contract to closing.
“Real estate isn’t simply about opening doors, writing contracts or putting a sign in the yard,” shares Jareczek, who developed her high expectations for customer service while working in management. “It’s understanding what someone is trying to accomplish and helping them make informed decisions along the way.”
Education is one of the most important parts of Jareczek’s job. She wants clients to understand the process, know their options and feel confident in their decisions. Undoubtedly, she treats every sale as if it were her own family’s transaction, putting communication, transparency and advocacy at the core of how she conducts business.
Jareczek specializes in the western suburbs that she has spent much of her life in — she has lived in Brookfield for 17 years — but serves clients wherever their real estate journey takes them.
