After graduating from college, Avenaim developed deep knowledge of the Chicagoland area while working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Today, as a year-over-year top 5% producer in the North Shore real estate market, she successfully manages a thriving multi-market business serving clients across Illinois and Florida.
With more than two decades of experience in the real estate and title industries, Avenaim offers a comprehensive understanding of transactions from contract to closing. Her background as a closing and escrow professional allows her to anticipate challenges, navigate complexities and ensure smooth, successful outcomes.
Beyond her work with buyers and sellers, Avenaim is deeply committed to leadership and industry advancement. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of REALTORS® and is an active board member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® North Shore Network. Additionally, she works collaboratively with municipal leaders and industry partners to address housing supply, development and policy issues impacting communities across Illinois.

Outside of work, Avenaim’s greatest joy is her family. A proud mother of three grown children, she treasures her time with them and her closest friends. She enjoys golfing, long bike rides, traveling, music and creating meaningful experiences with the people she loves.
