After a 30-year career creating television commercials, David Rosen decided to try real estate for his second career. Now, 14 years later, he credits his success to his inspiration and mentor, Barbara O’Connor, who continues to be considered an expert in the field.
A real estate broker with Baird & Warner, Rosen specializes in taking great care of his clients throughout Chicagoland, including the areas of Evanston, the northern suburbs, the North Side and Oak Park. He learned the markets he represents by researching the different areas, visiting a new neighborhood every day and taking photos. “I pride myself in getting to the heart of my clients’ emotional and aesthetic needs,” he explains. “Those are the most important factors when making such significant real estate decisions.”
A member of the National Association of REALTORS® and Chicago Association of REALTORS®, Rosen is recognized as a firm negotiator who generates creative solutions. This past year, he was quite successful in helping more first-time homebuyers, which he describes as being very enjoyable and fulfilling. With a business based on returning clients and referrals, he has the experience to rise above his competition through his determination, creativity and tenacity to follow through in every situation.
An avid practitioner of meditation for 46 years, Rosen spends his personal time enjoying photography and anything with motors and wheels.
