Helen Parker, Realtor

Century 21 Circle

Serving the Chicagoland, Homewood, Glenwood and neighboring south suburban areas, Helen Parker is a 25-year veteran of Chicago real estate who is well known for her expertise with luxury clientele. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family that specialized in retailing of shoes, clothing and accessories for men, women and children, she was introduced not only to the real estate business, but also to the value of networking, customer service and building generational wealth at a young age.

“I’m a go-getter,” Parker shares. “I challenge myself to work hard to accomplish my goals.” Known for being down to earth and compassionate, the Realtor truly enjoys working with people to understand their needs and help them achieve their own real estate goals, whether that involves residential properties, commercial properties or buildable land.

Among the top three producers in her Century 21 office, she strives to consistently deliver excellent service, and clients describe her as an informed, self-assured and effective communicator, a skill she ranks as most important to real estate success. “Communication includes listening, being compassionate and understanding, displaying the right demeanor and having the ability to connect with clients on a personal level,” Parker says.

In addition to communication, Parker, a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago, stresses the importance of integrity, professionalism, strong market knowledge and a continued commitment to remaining educated about the market. Staying on top of trends and continuing to build on her extensive knowledge of the business are important to the lifelong learner, who recently completed an intense agent leadership development program and is also active in the Chicago Association of Realtors.

Parker stays involved in her local community by teaching Sunday school, serving on her church board of trustees and supporting causes by participating in events such as the OSF Beverly Breast Cancer Walk. Parker adores spending quality time with her family. Growing vegetables in her newly built garden, cooking, golfing and bowling are all on her downtime to-do list.
