Beth Repta, Real Estate Broker

Repta Residential, Keller Williams Success Realty

After buying and selling her own home nearly two decades ago, Beth Repta realized something critical — too many buyers and sellers were being underserved. Combining her background in negotiation and analytics with a clear understanding of what clients actually need, she launched a career in real estate that remains grounded in strategy, honesty and long-term relationships.

As the founder and lead agent of Repta Residential, brokered by Keller Williams Success Realty, Repta serves Cary and the surrounding Northwest Suburbs including Barrington, Crystal Lake, Lake Zurich and McHenry County. She leads a top-performing team that specializes in working with upsizers, downsizers, first-time buyers, luxury sellers and relocation clients. Her business is defined by preparation, communication and data-driven results — no guesswork, just clear guidance and smart strategy.

Known for being direct yet empathetic, Repta builds trust by telling the truth and staying fiercely loyal to her clients’ best interests. Her approach consistently delivers results, helping her team reach a career milestone of nearly 1,000 homes sold. She has been named Cary’s No. 1 real estate agent since 2017 and has earned accolades including RealTrends’ Top Small Team and recognition as a top 1% Keller Williams agent in Illinois from 2020 to 2024.

Repta is an active member of the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors and serves on the board of the Cary Grove Chamber of Commerce. She’s also part of the Keller Williams Luxury Division and has been featured in Chicago Agent magazine.

Outside of real estate, Repta balances running her business with raising two teenagers. She supports numerous community events, sports teams and school initiatives in Cary and finds joy in boating, gardening, long-distance running and watching her kids play sports. Her dedication to both career and community defines the values Repta Residential was built on.
