Cindy Wilson and Stephanie Biederman met 20 years ago in the training program for new agents at Koenig & Strey, the predecessor to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago. They quickly discovered that they had a lot in common. They both had many years of experience in the corporate world and an entrepreneurial spirit that helped them transition quickly to a career in real estate.
Fast friends, the two spent many years supporting each other and collaborating on deals before forming a partnership in early 2020, just before the pandemic hit. Together they are equal partners in the C+S Group at BHHS Chicago, serving buyers, sellers and investors in the city and suburbs. Both have been awarded the BHHS Chairman’s Circle and President’s Circle awards, which recognize the top percentage of agents within the BHHS nationwide network.
Wilson’s experience in public relations and corporate communications gave her the skills necessary to become a top-producing broker. In her prior career, she worked for McDonald’s Corporation, Edelman Public Relations Worldwide, the National Restaurant Association and Feeding America. Wilson’s corporate experience gives her empathy for clients’ work-life balance and inspires her to find them fantastic neighborhoods to call home. In recent years, Wilson was named to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ and Chicago magazine’s “Best of the Best” lists. She has been a Lincoln Park resident since moving to Chicago more than 30 years ago.
Biederman’s background in national account sales taught her to cultivate leads and effectively close transactions. Known for her accessibility and responsiveness, she is well regarded by her clients, who appreciate her knowledge, effective communication and solution-oriented approach. She currently serves as the president of the board of directors for the Lakeview Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board of the nonprofit Friends of Lakeview.
