
Since the 1990s, Ann Pancotto, alongside her husband, has been instrumental in shaping the luxury home market in Hinsdale and surrounding communities. As team leader of The Pancotto Group at Compass, she — along with Nick Pancotto, a third-generation real estate professional — specializes in residential transactions, commercial transactions, multifamily development, new construction, and leasing. “There’s no aspect of the industry I will shy away from to meet a client’s needs,” says Pancotto, reflecting her commitment across a broad range of specialties.
As Chicago continues to grow, The Pancotto Group is expanding its reach, assisting clients with second homes and relocations across a broader geographic footprint. In 2024, the group eclipsed its prior sales record, closing over $36 million in transactions. Pancotto individually closed 150 transactions that year, earning recognition as Compass’s No. 1 agent in the western suburbs of Chicago for the highest volume of properties closed — including residential, commercial, rental and off-market deals.

With deep ties to the industry and her community, she actively participates in several local chambers of commerce.
