Tiffany Vondran, Real Estate Broker

Fulton Grace Realty

Before becoming a real estate agent for Fulton Grace Realty, Tiffany Vondran began her career as a real estate paralegal. Vondran is known for her dedication to her clients and exceptional customer service, which results in a significant portion of her business coming from referrals and repeat clients. She possesses extensive knowledge of Chicago’s neighborhoods and is always ready to recommend businesses and things to do in different areas.

Over the past 15 years, Vondran has closed many transactions, primarily working with first-time homebuyers. As a female entrepreneur who owns two properties of her own, Vondran feels inspired to help fellow independent women reach their real estate goals. One way she does this is through a home buyer seminar that she hosts with one of her lending partners every month. In April 2023, Vondran was recognized as the top-producing agent at Fulton Grace, and she has consistently ranked in the top five in past years.

To maintain a strong connection with her clients, Vondran organizes events and reaches out on special occasions like birthdays and home-purchase anniversaries. She shares that one of her recent clients was previously working with another agent but felt lost and confused because of a lack of guidance. They found Vondran online and were extremely pleased with her hands-on approach during their initial buyer consultation meeting. “I made sure that they were well educated, which made them confident in the process with the commitment of a smooth transaction,” she shares.

Outside of her real estate work, Vondran is actively involved in charitable endeavors. In 2019, she initiated an annual Christmas toy drive for Comer Children’s Hospital, inspired by her niece’s leukemia diagnosis at the age of 4. In her personal life, Vondran enjoys photography, traveling and spending time in South Haven, Michigan, where she owns a second home that she also rents through Airbnb.
