A first-generation Italian American descendant, Gianna Ricci draws strength and resilience from her family’s history and follows in her mother’s real estate footsteps. A Realtor with Coldwell Banker, Ricci oversees the western, northwestern and southern regions of Illinois along with Northwest Indiana and Southeast Michigan, which includes being responsible for over 1690 affiliated agents.

A respected leader who came from humble beginnings, Ricci has been in the industry for 23 years and credits her success to serving as a regional vice president of the senior leadership team led by regional president, Ayoub Rabah. “His leadership style enables me to embrace bolder actions and step outside my comfort zone,” she shares. “My growth and development is due to him, my colleagues and all the leaders and agents I support.”

A certified International Property Specialist, Ricci is an active member of both her local and national Realtor associations and the Women’s Council of Realtors. With a leadership style described as a combination of grace and commitment to personal growth, along with her adaptability to change, she is an expert in assisting agents and clients navigate ever-changing market conditions.

When not working, Ricci treasures her time spent with her husband and their 5-year-old daughter. She also believes in living a balanced life through practicing meditation and journaling for personal growth.
