Founder, Chad Gradowski, boasts 24 years of experience in the field. He assembled a unit of professionals with a style that is expertly strategic to service clientele in the country estate and coastal home markets. His wife, Heather Gradowski has prowess in advertising and the creative aspects of each transaction. Combined with Lane Moser’s drive and passion for relationship-building, and Sammie Letinsky’s poise and eye for detail, the group is well positioned to guide clients to lakefront luxury. “We are educators as much as we are real estate agents, and we deal with unique issues like finding short-term rental management options, understanding various types of beach access and waterfront ownership, and much more,” they share.
