VanKrevelen understands the difference between selling in the city and suburbs, since she has gained invaluable experience representing clients in both areas. She collaborates with many other agents, not only in Chicago, but also in other markets. Before transitioning to residential real estate, VanKrevelen built a strong background in sales and commercial lending, which has proven to be an invaluable resource. As the co-team lead alongside Gayle Teicher, VanKrevelen fosters a collaborative and supportive environment, allowing her and her partner to learn and grow together while ensuring seamless coverage for their clients’ needs. Most of VanKrevelen’s clients now come from referrals and open houses.
Her outstanding accomplishments in the real estate industry speak to her exceptional skills and dedication. The Chicago Association of Realtors awarded her previous team with the 2021 Top Producer award, Bronze Top Producer award for volume and units sold in 2021, Top 250 Chicago Real Producers, and they were listed in the Inaugural Class of COMPASS Chicago Legends Society. She has been recognized with the prestigious Five Star Professional Awards in both 2022 and 2023. She’s also an active member of the National Association of Realtors and was honored as a winner of the Rising Star Real Estate Award in 2022.
