Ashley Bell, Real Estate Advisor

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate

Eight years ago, Ashley Bell began her career in real estate. Now, every day Bell looks forward to coaching her clients into sound financial investments in what is often an emotionally charged and sentimental arena. She says, “I am enthusiastic about providing individualized and comprehensive guidance for each of my clients and this has generated my business of repeat clients and referrals.”

A Northwestern University graduate and Chicago resident for nearly 20 years, Bell is a veteran of the city who looks forward to sharing her knowledge of Chicagoland’s diverse neighborhoods with her clients. Specializing in a range of residential real estate in Chicago and its adjacent suburbs, she caters to diverse clients, from first-timers to luxury buyers, sellers and investors interested in single-family homes, condos and investment properties.

Bell assumes the role of a trusted advisor when interacting with her clients. Often described as dependable, patient and exceptionally well organized, she thrives when faced with difficult transactions. “I thrive because I dig in and am dedicated to finding a successful resolution on my clients’ behalf,” she explains. A key goal for Bell is to take the stress out of real estate by shielding her clients from just how complicated the transaction process can be.

Today, Bell is recognized as a Top Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors. She has also been honored by @properties Christie’s International Real Estate in its Road to Rolex program. Additionally, she holds designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).

In her spare time, Bell can often be found working on design and rehab projects around her home. “I have always had a love of design and architecture,” she says. “Chicago is the best place in the world for it.”
