This bar-owner-turned-real-estate-powerhouse loves serving her community and interacting with all sorts of people while working as a broker associate at Baird & Warner. “I’ve always been a people person,” she says when explaining her career shift, “and I love helping others.” Now she can spend every day guiding her clients through the home-buying process and using her free time to serve her community through philanthropy.
Reynolds’ clients describe her as energetic, reliable and hardworking. “I’m very personable,” she says. “I’m there with [my clients] every step of the way to make them comfortable, confident and successful in their real estate goals. My first priority is to make my clients happy. I strive to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free!” Her professional success has earned her awards from Baird & Warner, including Top Producer for both August and September 2021. In 2022, she was included in the Baird & Warner Director’s Club. Just recently, the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors chose her for a 2023 20 Under 40 Award.
Growing up in the Chicago suburbs gives Reynolds a strong connection to her work. “I’ve lived and worked in the suburbs my whole life,” she says. Her care for the city is evident in her community outreach. She’s volunteered for Baskets Made with Love, the Rett Syndrome Foundation, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and a local shelter for women and children. In 2020, she was recognized by Illinois Realtors for her work with local restaurants to feed Plainfield firefighters. She’s always the first to pitch in for local events such as parades, “trunk or treat” or pumpkin-decorating contests that benefit local children’s hospitals. When she’s not volunteering in one of the neighborhoods she serves, Reynolds can be found at home, crafting in a room that’s dedicated entirely to scrapbooking.
