Years ago, while Rishawn Boone was working in health care, he and his wife purchased their first home. During that process, he noticed there was a lack of quality service in the industry and decided to become a Realtor to fill the void.

“I spent almost 10 years in health care,” recounts Boone, an award-winning Realtor with Century 21 Circle in Naperville, noting the service provided in health care is equivalent to that of real estate. “Whether it’s someone’s life and health or their home, both are priceless. Both deserve a level of attentive service. I got into the business with one goal and objective: set the standard.”

Boone has worked in real estate for seven years serving buyers and sellers, from first-time to move-up, in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. “I make it my business to be involved in the communities I serve,” he says, “being sure to stay up to date on trends, new businesses, school systems, new employments and all the items that make up a community.” Based on client satisfaction, he is among Century 21 Circle’s top 10 Realtors in Illinois and has reached Master Ruby, Master Diamond, Master Emerald and Pinnacle Service status within the brokerage.

“I’ve always been committed to never stop learning, never stop growing and strive for greatness 100% of the time,” he says. “The only individual I compete with is the version of myself I was just yesterday.”

Boone believes it doesn’t make sense to climb the ladder of success if you don’t put it back down for someone else to climb. He holds a real estate class for children and teens called “Real Estate with Rishawn,” offers college scholarship opportunities for underserved students, volunteers with his church’s youth program and donates to charities in private. A proud husband and father of two children, he shares that his family is the most important thing in his life — as well as his biggest accomplishment.
