Ledio Samarxhiu, Managing Broker & Principal

Mon Ami Residential

Helping clients fully understand the market and make smart decisions based on the facts is what drives Ledio Samarxhiu’s passion for real estate. A 2022 Chicago Association of Realtors top producer and among the top 2% of agents in the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, Samarxhiu — managing broker and principal of Mon Ami Residential — has worked in the industry for eight years.

Detail-oriented and process-driven, he says his clients appreciate the constant communication and attention to detail he provides. Samarxhiu has a step-by-step process for each part of the transaction and keeps clients fully informed along the way. “Being an avid investor has given me the experience necessary to attract and maintain like-minded clients,” he says. “Being able to help investors find a great deal is always extremely rewarding.”

Clients especially appreciate his dedication and communication skills. “I bring a personalized touch to every transaction and keep my clients fully informed along the way so they are never wondering what’s going on,” he shares. “This makes for a stress-free process in what can often be a very complicated situation.”

“Clients understand that I am looking out for their best interests first and foremost,” Samarxhiu adds. “If it is not a good deal for them, then I will tell them directly, because the long-term relationship is far more important.”

He feels fortunate to have a large portion of business at his boutique brokerage come from repeat and referral customers. Samarxhiu also finds growing Mon Ami Residential while helping other agents grow their businesses to be very rewarding. “Since opening our doors, our unique business model and partnership with a real estate private-equity fund has led to rapid growth,” he says. “Nowhere else are agents able to not only leverage their own brokerage as a built in buyer, but also build their own portfolio as they build their careers.”
