REV Group

@properties Christie’s International Realty

The REV Group of @properties in Chicagoland, led by Alexa Hara and her partner Guido Piunti, certainly lives up to its name: The eight members are so revved up, they sold more than $50 million in real estate as a team for the year. “We are known as outside-the-box thinkers,” says Hara. “We will go above and beyond to get our clients exactly what they are looking for and will exhaust every resource we have to find it.”

“We’re also fun and interactive and always cater the experience to the clients’ needs,” Piunti adds.

With their team located in two Chicago offices of @properties, Piunti is confident they have the region completely covered, from the city to the suburbs. “We know the neighborhoods so well that we don’t have to say no to anyone,” he says.

In addition to their firsthand knowledge of Chicago and its neighboring towns, both Hara and Piunti possess the benefit of lifelong experience with the business. Hara grew up in a family that invested in real estate, and Piunti spent more than 20 years working as a mortgage lender before he became a Relator.

In total, the REV Group has a combined 45 years in the business, specializing in luxury, investment, rental, buyer and seller properties, as well as commercial. “There is no budget too big or too small for us,” says Hara.

Their company awarded them both with the Altitude Award for selling between $20 and $50 million in a calendar year. They were also recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors for exceeding $14 million in sales. “Our sales are a reflection of the compassion and empathy that our clients sense from us,” notes Hara. “The buying and selling process can be full of emotions for a lot of people, so we want to make sure our clients feel comfortable throughout the process.”

The REV Group’s team of eight highly dedicated individuals looks forward to growing its team and continuing to help all types of people fulfill their real estate dreams.
