Patricia Pulido, Real Estate Broker

Dream Town Real Estate

A self-described city girl through and through, Patricia Pulido was born and raised on the South Side and has since lived in six different neighborhoods throughout the city. Always the entrepreneur, having worked at her parents’ grocery stores since the age of 8, Pulido, a real estate broker for Dream Town Real Estate, was drawn to the real estate industry immediately after college. “Being a first-generation Mexican American allows me to lead with empathy, service and with a genuine desire to help younger and underrepresented communities be secure in their financial and generational wealth plans,” she explains. “They are seeking their version of the American dream, and I want to be a part of that.”

Serving buyers, investors, landlords and small-business owners within the entire Chicagoland area, Pulido applies her 15 years of field experience to educate her clients and find them solutions regardless of the roadblocks they may face. “I started in 2008, so I have seen several ebbs and flows,” she says. “Many people exited the industry, but the veterans stayed and I learned from them.”

This year, Pulido helped more first-time buyers than ever, earning her place as their Realtor for life. “I want to see you grow from one home to the next,” she explains. “By starting early and demonstrating how much we care for them as people by remembering their preferences and listening to the most minute details, we get to be a part of their entire real estate journey.”

Pulido is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, Inc.

With the help of the extensive network of sororities and fraternities nationwide, as well as recommendations from clients, family and friends, Pulido’s business is 95% referral-based.

Outside of work, Pulido volunteers with her sorority to run educational events and raise money for breast cancer awareness. She is a legacy runner in the Bank of America Chicago Distance Series, having completed the Shamrock Shuffle seven times, the marathon three times and the half-marathon four times.
