Megan Weber, Real Estate Agent

Dream Town Real Estate

The tagline “Build a Beautiful Life” is a perfect summation of Megan Weber’s core principles. For the past decade, she has provided value and quality to clients in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Possessing a knack for creative strategy, last year she helped many buyers find off-market inventory and walked sellers through maximizing price while minimizing interruption to their lives. With education and prior work history in media and marketing, she now leverages that expertise for the practical side of her work while bringing the utmost professionalism, native-Chicagoan expertise and the vision of an investor to each client interaction.

“I treat each listing like a Fortune 500 brand launch … seamless marketing communication, analytical pricing insight and a personal touch all the way that sets listings apart,” says Weber.

She enjoys an entirely referral-based business, as her relentless energy and likability set her apart in her profession. “During my intake process, I am very thorough to review the validity of my clients’ goals. It is important for them to realistically understand the market, the pricing, the process and the outcomes,” she shares. Her team — The Megan Weber Real Estate Group — consists of hands-on experts with specialties in such fields as photography and design.

During a year of personal and professional accomplishments, Weber gave birth to her fourth baby and had her most productive year in real estate in 2022. She was also acknowledged as a top producer with her firm last year and is currently completing her certification as a real estate negotiator.

A Girl Scout leader, volleyball coach and epilepsy philanthropist, Weber also devotes time to her membership in the American Association of University Women and her local Realtor association. In her off time, she enjoys soccer, paddle tennis, yoga and being a loving, supportive mother — which she describes as “supermoming.”
