With 34 years’ combined experience, Tanya Hamilton and Michele Miller put their unique backgrounds to work providing high-quality real estate service. Broker associates with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, the duo combines Hamilton’s interior design and property management skills with Miller’s advertising and life-abroad experience to create an exceptional and successful team. “We are able to strategize on the best way to market a property, present an offer, negotiate a deal or navigate any challenging situation,” they explain. “This exclusive fusion makes us strong competitors and is a tremendous benefit to our clients.”
Representing everyone from first-time homebuyers to investors with multiple properties, Hamilton and Miller service many of Chicago’s neighborhoods, including the Gold Coast, Streeterville, Old Town, River North, West Loop and Lincoln Park. They also cover the northern, western and northwestern suburbs. Hamilton, who is also licensed in Florida, has lived in Lakeview for over 25 years and is very familiar with downtown Chicago and surrounding neighborhoods. Miller, also licensed in Indiana, has resided in France, Argentina and eight different Chicago neighborhoods.
Described as knowledgeable, responsive, professional and patient, Hamilton and Miller pay attention to detail, practicing excellent negotiating skills. “We are known for being the voice of reason during difficult transactions,” the team says. “It is especially rewarding when a client decides to work with us a second time, confirming how pleased they were with their first experience.” They vary their styles based on clients’ needs and stress the importance of active listening. “A collaborative style seems to work well for most clients, as it encourages communication among all parties, promotes trust and leads to positive interaction and the desired outcome,” they say. “And it is always good to include a bit of fun!”
Both are members of the Chicago Association of Realtors and Women’s Council of Realtors, while Miller also belongs to the Indiana Association of Realtors.
