Chad Chodoronek, Real Estate Agent

Dream Town Real Estate

It was during Chad Chodoronek’s college years at Loyola University that he fell in love with Chicago’s beautiful neighborhoods. A transplant to the area since 2007, he came under the tutelage of great mentors early in his career and is well-versed in what the market has to offer. Always entranced by real estate, it was an easy decision for Chodoronek to transition into the industry when he found himself uninspired by his role in finance. Enjoying the intricacies of the work and the vast potential it offers, he started off part-time and now prides himself on eight years of success in the field.

Combining his interpersonal skills with his communication and financial savvy, Chodoronek serves the city of Chicago and nearby suburbs. He primarily works with new buyers and experienced new construction developers, but seizes the opportunity to work with all residential clientele. “Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer that is looking for a curated, hands-on approach with step-by-step guidance throughout the process, or an experienced seller with dozens of transactions under their belt, I am dedicated to giving each client the satisfaction of knowing that I represented them in good faith and with their best interests in mind,” says Chodoronek.

This year, Chodoronek joined Dream Town Real Estate as an independent agent for the first time in his career. Describing the transition, he says, “This move has allowed me to devote all of my time and resources to assisting my clients in a more streamlined and efficient way. I couldn’t be more excited for what’s to come.”

In his off time, Chodoronek can be found exploring the area’s venues with friends, or in Smith Park throwing a ball around with his dog, Winnie. He also participates in many local charitable endeavors and has served as the volunteer coordinator for the past few years. One of his greatest joys is visiting any one of Chicago’s many fine eateries with his beautiful wife, Emma.
