Brianna Gloude, Broker

Baird & Warner

New to the Chicago real estate scene in 2022, Brianna Gloude is proud to say that she realized she could be a mother and a professional this past year. “For so long, I was a stay-at-home mom, and that title became my entire identity,” she says. “Through beginning my career, I realized I can do both. I have started really getting to know the real me. I have loved starting this new chapter and finding myself again.”

When Gloude was younger, her father got into the business of flipping houses. She would tour the properties with the agents, help with demolition, shop for materials and assist with construction. “I loved every minute of it,” she says.

Fast forward to adulthood—she found herself a stay-at-home mom to her three sons who were all starting school, and she wanted to do something more with her time. “My husband and I bought our house in 2021, and through that process, I fell in love with searching, touring, collecting information, negotiating … all of it,” Gloude shares. “My Realtor and my husband both encouraged me to take the leap and get my real estate license. The rest is history, and I have never been happier.”

Prior to having her children, Gloude worked as a preschool and kindergarten teacher. Her history as an educator gives her a unique ability to teach her clients about their real estate transaction. She even has a “lesson plan,” per se, that she uses to prepare her clients.

Though her real estate career only began in 2022, she is proud to have helped close over $1 million dollars in residential and commercial transactions in her first year. Gloude has made the transition from stay-at-home mom to real estate agent so seamless. “I find it like a second nature,” she says. “It’s like I’ve been doing this all along.”
