Stephanie Andre leads a top-producing team of brokers that includes Courtney Huddleston, Helen Kalantzis, Mo Marienthal, Gary Ouellette and Tuyen Tran. They have experience and expertise in the north, northwest and western suburbs, as well as in the city. “It allows us to work with buyers relocating from the city to the suburbs and vice versa, because we can handle both their buy and sell transactions,” says Andre, senior broker and team lead. “We want to be your Realtors for life, your resource for all things home, like a concierge service for homeowners.” Part of that service involves Ouellette, a former general contractor-turned-broker who can help clients with any renovation or repair needs.

The team assists buyers, sellers and investors, from first-time to luxury and downsizers. They can speak to the value proposition of living in their territory based on personal experience. Andre, Ouellette, Kalantzis and Marienthal live in the northwest suburbs, Tuyen resides in the city and Courtney calls Park Ridge home.

Driven by a passion for service and love of people, each teammate, depending on their background, wears many hats. Andre is the “marketing guru” (her background is in marketing and advertising as well as operating a successful short-sale company). Marienthal is a former high school counselor and expert network marketer. Huddleston has experience in medical sales. Ouellette is a former mortgage broker and general contractor. Kalantzis has a background in banking and design, and Tuyen is an expert in operations, having worked for a non-profit.
