Larysa Domino, Real Estate Broker

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate

Over the past seven years, Larysa Domino has taken the Hinsdale market by storm. After launching her real estate career, she quickly rose to the rank of No. 1 individual agent in Hinsdale in both 2019 and 2020. In 2021, Domino formed a team and now has two buyers’ agents to further her reach in the community. She has deep roots in the Hinsdale and surrounding communities: She spent her early years in Oak Brook, attended Hinsdale Central High School and now resides in Hinsdale.

“I’m a ‘lifetime local,’ I know the area very well,” she emphasizes.

Her knowledge of the Hinsdale market includes which blocks trade at a premium and the history of the suburb’s various homes. Domino provides her extensive community knowledge, plus her extraordinary finance skills, to all of her clients. “A home is often one of a family’s largest investments, and I enjoy guiding my clients through the process with my analytical lens,” says Domino, who has a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and is also a certified public accountant.

With her finance background, she is able to price homes with precision and doesn’t shy away from negotiations. She directs clients in making the choices best suited to their individual situations, understanding that the cost of a home is more than the property itself. “Carrying costs, such as property taxes, interest rates, school expenses and commuting costs should be included in purchase decisions,” she explains.

Domino has more than just a head for finance and a strong work ethic. She alleviates the worries that accompany home buying by developing trust-based relationships with her clients and keeping their best interests at heart.

Domino serves clients across the western suburbs, focusing not only on Hinsdale but also on Clarendon Hills, Oak Brook, Downers Grove, Burr Ridge, La Grange, Westmont and Western Springs.

“Let me have the sleepless nights so you don’t have to,” she says.
