Before embarking on a career in real estate, Tom Campone worked in corporate sales, banking and insurance. “I thought I could use what I learned to help people through a stressful period of their lives,” he shares. His trademark consultative approach means listening to and understanding clients’ needs and setting clients up for success.

Campone has lived in the South Loop since 2003 and has seen the construction of most of the buildings in the area. Living directly in the area he serves gives him an edge over other agents who might not know it as intimately as he does. He also says that his business focuses on relationships with both clients and brokers. “If your clients have a good experience and you guide them, they will come back in the future and they will tell their friends,” he remarks.

Campone’s team uses technology to make sure they have smooth transactions without dropping the ball. “We show our clients our commitment to excellence through our attention to detail and communicating with them weekly,” Campone says. “I always want to be the one keeping them in the loop so they never need to call for an update.”

Named one of Keller Williams’ Top Producers in 2022, this seven-year veteran of the industry says his clients frequently comment on how well they were coached through the process of buying or selling. “Most mention that we always pick up the phone, and they felt like they were the only deal we were working on,” Campone says. “We like to make this process as fun as possible for our clients so we can take the stress off our clients’ plate.”

Outside of work, he loves to spend time with his wife, Angie, and his two boys. They can be found on the weekends cheering for their Liverpool Reds or playing soccer in one of the many South Loop parks.
